Every year when fall sets in and temperatures begin to drop, it isn’t unusual for us to receive up to 100 requests per week. That kind of demand can make it difficult for everyone to get quality service within a convenient timeframe. To help with this, we now offer to our valued customers a new method of providing in-home service: The Flatirons Maintenance Program. This will allow us to guarantee that you receive service when you need it.
This plan brings valuable benefits to you including the following every 12 months:
- One visit for preventive maintenance, clean and safety check between May 1st and August 31st
- One $175/$225 (Based on service area) discounted service/emergency call ("SC") when needed, labor only ($300 Normal cost). Any subsequent SC's within the plan year will be billed at a discounted labor rate of $99/$149 each (Based on service area)
- 15% discount on all parts required for any repairs
- 5% discount on any other items purchased in-store
Coverage Requirements:
Fireplace appliance must
- Be less than 20 years old from manufacture date at the time of a new or renewed plan enrollment
- Not be a pellet or wood-burning product
- Have been installed as per manufacturer’s specs and State & Local codes
- Be located within one of our service areas
Coverage begins the day your plan is purchased.
Coverage can be obtained for additional qualifying fireplace appliances by increasing the item quantity purchased to match the number of fireplaces you want covered. This is an annual reoccurring charge and will automatically renew unless cancelled.
